Details of how to access the building, the apartment and the car park will be sent to you in the week before your check in.

By Car: On arrival, the easiest way to unload your luggage, if the barrier is open, is to temporarily park at the far end of the surface car park to the left of the entrance to La Tania parking. Unload your luggage and enter the building by the rear door, which is conveniently right next to the lift. If the barrier is down you can either unload luggage in the parking area next to Sherpa supermarket and go from there or go and get the parking key fob from the apartment, park in the u/g parking and unload from there.

By Transfer / Bus; Try and get dropped off at the bus stop opposite Bar Taiga (near to the bins). You can then take the lift from there up to the snow-front level and the entrance to the building is just to right as you come out of the lift

- Discounts on ski hire by going to the Ski Higher shop in resort and giving the name of the accommodation and saying it’s looked after by Extreme Ski.

There are 3 ski rental places in La Tania. One is just along from the building entrance (SkiSet) and the other just across from this in the centre of the  resort (Ski Legend), but I think they are run by the same people. Alternatively Extreme Ski Services can arrange rental for you via Ski Higher, which is just across the bridge from the apartment block entrance.

There is a well stocked supermarket in La Tania. Unsurprisingly you pay a premium there but at a push you can find everything you will need. 

There are supermarkets in both 1650 and 1850 and a small one in Le Praz but the same applies regarding prices.

Depending on road conditions and traffic it's about a 20 minute drive back down to Salins Les Thermes (Super U - you actually pass this on the road up) and Moutiers (Carrefour)  and there you will find larger supermarkets with more choice and better prices. Further afield, if you are driving to La Tania from Chambery direction there are large supermarkets just off the A430 in Albertville

Best advice is, if you can, stock up with the essentials (beer, wine, crisps, cheese, meat etc)  on your way up to La Tania and take the hit in resort for the top up stuff.
