Entrance and Hall
Large entrance hall with storage cupboards and space for coats and shoes
Lounge and Kitchen
Open plan lounge / living room and kitchen.
The lounge part has a double sofa and a single arm chair and footstool. There is a TV / storage unit and rugged floor area and access from the lounge to the balcony. The apartment has WiFi.
The kitchen area has a large dining table and six chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped with all crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils. It has a four ring hob plus microwave / grill. Other equipment includes kettle, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich toaster, Nespresso coffe machine, Ninja Foodi multi cooker (air fryer, pressure cooker, slow cooker, roaster etc) and more.
Main Bedroom
The main bedroom is off the lounge and consists of two single beds joined to form a king size (but can be split), bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.
Additional shelf and double wardrobe storage for the room is in the main lounge area
There is a window overlooking the resort / slopes and a door to directly access the balcony.
Bunk Bedroom
The second bedroom consists of bunk beds, incidental storage shelves and under bed storage. There is a double wardrobe for this room directly across the entrance hall.
Main Bathroom
There is a large main bathroom with toilet, basin and bath. There is a shower over the bath with glass screen.
The room has an electrically heated towel rail plus pull out drying rack.
2nd Bathrrom
The second bathroom has toilet, shower cubicle and hand basin plus heated towel rail
Reception and Ski Locker
The building main reception is accessible directly from the snow front, There is a rear entrance that opens next to the lift and is accessible from the surface level car park.
The ski locker room is located adjacent to the reception area with direct access from there and exit straight out onto the snow front - literally 5m from the run down to the La Tania gondola and the button or 50m from the beginners area.
Parking
The apartment comes with a single underground parking space located in La Tania parking. Easy access (lifts) from there back to the apartment.
